NO GUESTS PLEASE:
Due to the nature of our detailed services, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment.
SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS:
By appointment only, must schedule online only. Due to the nature of being a solo small business, returning calls and messages will be made around clients. A credit card is needed with scheduling to secure your time, your credit card will not be charged unless a cancellations is made less than 24 hours notice.
CANCELLATIONS:
Please allow a 48 or more hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment to give other clients an opportunity to fill your time that has been blocked off. In the service industry "time is money" therefor your consideration is important and appreciated.
FORMS OF PAYMENT:
Please be advised that there is a 3.0% Courtesy Fee for paying by Credit Cards. We are happy to accept all major credit cards and cash
LATENESS:
We strongly encourage our quest arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to fill out paperwork and get settled in. Late arrivals are subject to reschedule your appointment and the $25 time reservation fee will be charged.
EXISTING COSMETIC TATTOOS:
We are extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artist's work. If you have had your eyebrows or eyeliner previously tattooed, we request that you have a consultation and email us clear photos for approval ladyinkandcompany@gmail.com) BEFORE your appointment booking. In addition to the photo in your email, please include the date of your last cosmetic tattoo, how many sessions you received, and the business name and artist name who performed you.
FOR ALL PERMANENT MAKEUP & MICROBLADING CLIENTS:
Permanent makeup and Microblading are both a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can results in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows or eyeliner to heal properly (and look their very best) following all Pre & Post Care instructions are crucial! Pre-Care instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excising bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.
